Capabilities

What we build.

Every engagement is scoped to your specific stack and roadmap — no cookie-cutter templates, no generic listicles.

  1. Headless storefronts

    01

Next.js storefronts with sub-second page loads, structured data for Google Shopping, and a CMS your team edits without a developer. Fast where WooCommerce and Magento are slow.

  2. Local payments + COD

    02

Tap, Telr, PayTabs, Stripe, Geidea, Network — plus cash-on-delivery with fraud checks. Apple Pay, saved cards, split payments, and 3-D Secure that passes UAE bank rules.

  3. Products, variants + inventory

    03

Real catalogue depth — variants, bundles, per-SKU pricing, multi-warehouse stock, and reorder alerts. On-hand that survives a Black Friday spike, not a demo dataset.

  4. B2B + wholesale portals

    04

Trade pricing tiers, credit terms, quote-to-order, per-customer catalogues and approval flows. Sell retail and wholesale from one platform instead of two disconnected sites.

  5. Multi-vendor marketplaces

    05

Seller onboarding, per-vendor storefronts, commission + payout ledgers, and dispute handling. The full marketplace mechanics, not a plugin bolted onto a single-store theme.

  6. Subscriptions + memberships

    06

Recurring billing, boxes, replenishment, and gated member pricing — with dunning, pause/resume, and proration handled properly so revenue doesn’t leak.

  7. Platform migrations

    07

Move off Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento or a custom monolith with URL + SEO preservation, order history, and no ranking drop. Incremental cutover, not a big-bang weekend.

  8. Performance + SEO

    08

Core Web Vitals in the green, server-side rendering, schema.org products, sitemaps, and Arabic + English with proper RTL. Built to rank and convert paid traffic, not bounce it.

Our process

Start to finish, step by step.

7 steps from the first conversation to life after launch. Durations are typical; your plan sets the real ones.

How we run every project
  1. Step 1: Paid discovery

A short paid discovery covering the catalogue model, payment and delivery flows, integrations and a conversion plan.

    • You get: Written proposal, not a slide deck
    • Typical duration: 1–2 weeks
  2. Step 2: Storefront & checkout design

Storefront and checkout wireframes and a design-token system, reviewed weekly. Mobile-first, because most UAE e-commerce traffic is on a phone.

    • You get: Approved storefront design
    • Typical duration: 2–4 weeks
  3. Step 3: Build & integrations

Sprint demos on a real staging store with test payments while stock, accounting and courier integrations are connected. Automated tests and CI throughout.

    • You get: Working staging store
    • Typical duration: 6–12 weeks
  4. Step 4: Catalogue & content

Products, variants, prices and images loaded or migrated, with English and Arabic content checked.

    • You get: Loaded catalogue
    • Typical duration: 1–3 weeks
  5. Step 5: Order & payment testing

End-to-end test orders through every payment method, cash on delivery and courier, including refunds and failed payments.

    • You get: Tested order flows
    • Typical duration: 1–2 weeks
  6. Step 6: Launch

Go-live with uptime and payment monitoring switched on, redirects in place and your team trained on orders.

    • You get: Live store
    • Typical duration: About 1 week
  7. Step 7: Run & grow

Managed hosting, monitoring and growth check-ins: CRO, catalogue and paid-traffic landing tweaks after launch, not just a handover.

    • You get: Growth check-ins
    • Typical duration: Ongoing

Common questions

Start a project

01Do you build custom or use Shopify / WooCommerce?
Both, honestly matched to the goal. For a fast launch with standard needs we build on Shopify or WooCommerce and make it genuinely premium. For speed, B2B pricing, marketplaces, deep inventory, or ERP-connected catalogues we build a headless custom store on Next.js — you own the code and there are no per-transaction platform fees.
02Which UAE payment gateways do you integrate?
Tap, Telr, PayTabs, Stripe, Geidea, Network International, plus Apple Pay and cash-on-delivery with fraud checks. We handle 3-D Secure, saved cards, and settlement reconciliation so finance isn’t chasing mismatches.
03Can you do cash-on-delivery properly?
Yes — COD with address validation, delivery-zone rules, a courier handoff, COD reconciliation on the driver day-end, and abuse controls (order caps, blacklists). COD is a first-class flow, not an afterthought checkbox.
04Do you build Arabic / RTL stores?
Yes — Arabic-first with proper right-to-left layout, bilingual catalogues, and Arabic checkout, not translated-English mirroring. Both languages ship from day one when you need them.
05Can the store connect to my accounting or ERP?
Yes. We sync orders, inventory, and customers with Zoho Books, Xero, Tally, QuickBooks, Odoo, SAP B1, or EXO NODES. If a system has no API we build a dry-run CSV bridge. E-commerce that keeps your books in sync, automatically.
06Will migrating hurt my Google rankings?
No, when it’s done right — we preserve URLs with 301 redirects, keep structured data, migrate reviews and order history, and monitor Search Console through the cutover. We migrate incrementally so there’s no ranking cliff.
07What is your typical delivery timeline?
Premium single store: 4–8 weeks. Headless custom store: 8–16 weeks. Marketplace or B2B platform: 4–8 months. You see a working staging store every Friday.
