Branding & Identity

Brands that say something — and stick.

Naming, logo, visual identity, brand guidelines, packaging, print collateral. We start with the strategic brief; we end with a brand kit your team can apply consistently for years — across web, app, print, and packaging.

Capabilities

What we build.

Every engagement is scoped to your specific stack and roadmap — no cookie-cutter templates, no generic listicles.

  1. Brand strategy

    01

Positioning, audience mapping, competitive audit, tone-of-voice. The strategic brief that every design decision downstream traces back to.

  2. Naming

    02

Company + product naming, tagline, verbal identity. Trademark availability screening for UAE + GCC before you commit.

  3. Logo + visual identity

    03

Primary + secondary logos, wordmarks, monograms, favicon set. Bilingual English + Arabic marks designed together, not translated.

  4. Colour + typography systems

    04

Palette (primary + support + semantic), type pairing, scale, contrast tested for WCAG AA. Design tokens shipped in JSON so devs use them, not approximations.

  5. Brand guidelines

    05

A living guidelines document — logo usage, spacing, colour, type, photography direction, illustration style, dos & don'ts. Not a 90-page PDF nobody reads.

  6. Packaging design

    06

Product packaging, retail collateral, unboxing experience. Print-ready dielines, spot colours, foil + emboss specs. Print-managed via trusted UAE print partners.

  7. Marketing collateral

    07

Business cards, letterheads, deck templates, brochures, signage, exhibition graphics. Everything on-brand from day one.

  8. Digital brand system

    08

Web design tokens, Figma library, email templates, social media asset library. Same brand across web, app, and print — automated where possible.

Our process

Start to finish, step by step.

7 steps from the first conversation to life after launch. Durations are typical; your plan sets the real ones.

How we run every project
  1. Step 1: Discovery

Stakeholder interviews and a brand-audit workshop: who you serve, what you stand for and where the current brand falls short.

    • You get: Discovery notes
    • Typical duration: About 1 week
  2. Step 2: Research

Market and competitor audit, then the written positioning brief every visual decision references.

    • You get: Positioning brief
    • Typical duration: 1–2 weeks
  3. Step 3: Concepts

Two or three creative directions presented as full worlds (logo, type, colour and sample applications), not five variations of the same lockup.

    • You get: 2–3 creative directions
    • Typical duration: 2–3 weeks
  4. Step 4: Refinement

One direction chosen and refined over 2-3 rounds: bilingual mark, colour system and type system finalised.

    • You get: Final identity
    • Typical duration: 2–3 weeks
  5. Step 5: Guidelines

The brand guidelines document: how the logo, colour, type, imagery and tone of voice are used, in English and Arabic.

    • You get: Brand guidelines
    • Typical duration: 1–2 weeks
  6. Step 6: Asset delivery

Full brand kit, digital tokens and print-ready collateral, in every format your team and suppliers need.

    • You get: Brand kit and source files
    • Typical duration: About 1 week
  7. Step 7: Rollout support

Handover session with your marketing and design team, and help applying the brand to signage, packaging, web and social.

    • You get: Handover session
    • Typical duration: As needed

Common questions

Start a project

01How long does a rebrand take?
A focused brand refresh (logo + colour + type + basic collateral): 6-10 weeks. Full brand strategy + identity + guidelines + digital + print system: 10-16 weeks. We stage the delivery so you can start using the new identity in phases, not wait for everything at once.
02Do you design Arabic logos + typography?
Yes. Arabic logos are designed alongside the English lockup by designers fluent in Arabic type — never translated by rotating a Latin mark. We work with Arabic-optimised typefaces (Tanseek, GE SS, IBM Plex Sans Arabic, custom cuts) matched to the Latin family for visual harmony.
03Do you help with trademark registration?
We do the pre-work: name availability screening in UAE Ministry of Economy database, arabic transliteration check, common-mark analysis. Actual trademark filing goes through a licensed IP lawyer we'll refer you to (or your existing counsel). We supply the artwork files they need.
04What do you deliver at the end of a branding project?
A brand kit folder: logos (SVG + PNG + PDF in all lockup variants), colour system (HEX + RGB + CMYK + Pantone), type files + license notes, spacing + usage examples, do & don't reference, packaging dielines, digital tokens (JSON for developers), social media templates, email header templates, business-card + letterhead layouts. Everything organised so a new designer can pick up the brand without a briefing call.
05Can we own the source files?
Yes — full source in Figma + Adobe (Illustrator + InDesign) with editable text, layered PSDs where applicable. No "keeping the working files" — you own everything.
06Do you handle print production?
We can. We work with pre-vetted UAE + KSA print partners for business cards, packaging, signage, and large-format. You get one point of contact through delivery. Or take the print-ready files to your own supplier — your call.
07Can you refresh an existing brand instead of rebuilding?
Yes — often the right call for established businesses with brand equity. We audit what's working, evolve the visual system (usually type + colour + application, keeping the core mark), and ship updated guidelines. A refresh typically takes 6-8 weeks, a much smaller scope than a full rebrand.
