Capabilities

What we build.

Every engagement is scoped to your specific stack and roadmap — no cookie-cutter templates, no generic listicles.

  1. Custom fields + modules

    01

The fields, objects, and whole modules the vanilla product doesn’t ship — modelled to your process, not shoehorned into someone else’s. Data that matches how your business actually runs.

  2. Workflow automation

    02

Approvals, escalations, assignment rules, and status machines — Deluge on Zoho, server actions on Odoo, workflows on HubSpot. Turn the manual WhatsApp-and-email chase into rules the system enforces.

  3. Reports + dashboards

    03

The numbers leadership actually asks for — cross-module, real-time, drill-down. Built on the system’s own data so there’s one source of truth, not a parallel spreadsheet.

  4. Roles + permissions

    04

Field-level, record-level, and per-branch access designed properly — so the right people see the right data and nobody has accidental god-mode. Audit-ready by construction.

  5. Documents + templates

    05

Branded, UAE-compliant invoices, quotes, POs, and contracts — including bilingual and FTA / VAT formats — generated straight from the system, not hand-edited in Word.

  6. Arabic + RTL tailoring

    06

Proper right-to-left layouts, Arabic labels, and bilingual documents inside your ERP/CRM — a real localisation pass, not machine-translated English mirrored across the screen.

  7. UAE + GCC compliance

    07

VAT 201, FTA e-invoicing (PINT AE), WPS payroll, and PDPL controls wired into the customization — so the system you customized still passes an audit.

  8. UX tailoring

    08

Trimmed forms, sensible defaults, hidden clutter, and one-screen daily views — the difference between a system your team fights and one they actually use.

Our process

Start to finish, step by step.

7 steps from the first conversation to life after launch. Durations are typical; your plan sets the real ones.

How we run every project
  1. Step 1: Audit

We map your current process against the system’s real capabilities: what to configure, what to script and what genuinely needs custom code.

    • You get: Written plan, upfront
    • Typical duration: 1–2 weeks
  2. Step 2: Prioritise & estimate

Changes ranked by value and effort, each with an estimate, so you choose what is worth doing first.

    • You get: Prioritised change list
    • Typical duration: Under 1 week
  3. Step 3: Design

Data model, automation rules and screen changes agreed before we touch production, so there are no surprises and nothing breaks mid-day.

    • You get: Agreed change specification
    • Typical duration: 1–2 weeks
  4. Step 4: Build in a sandbox

Changes built in a sandbox copy using upgrade-safe patterns, so a vendor update doesn’t undo the work.

    • You get: Sandbox build
    • Typical duration: 1–6 weeks
  5. Step 5: Test & sign-off

Tested against your real scenarios; your team checks and signs off in the sandbox.

    • You get: Signed-off changes
    • Typical duration: About 1 week
  6. Step 6: Release

Changes promoted to production at a quiet time, with a rollback route ready.

    • You get: Changes live in production
    • Typical duration: 1–2 days
  7. Step 7: Handover & support

Documentation, admin training and a support line. You can run it yourself; we stay on because it helps, never because you’re locked in.

    • You get: Documentation and admin training
    • Typical duration: Ongoing

Common questions

Book a scoping call

01Which systems do you customize?
Zoho (CRM, Books, One, Creator, Deluge), Odoo (community + enterprise), HubSpot, ERPNext, and custom in-house systems. We also extend SAP Business One and NetSuite via their APIs. If it has a scripting layer or an API, we can bend it.
02Will customizations break when the vendor pushes an update?
Not if they’re done right. We use each platform’s supported extension points — Zoho functions, Odoo modules, HubSpot workflows — instead of hacking core files. Upgrades are tested in a sandbox first, so a vendor release never takes you down.
03Can you customize Zoho and Odoo specifically?
Yes — both are core to what we do. Zoho: Deluge functions, custom modules in CRM/Creator, Books workflows, and cross-app integration via Zoho Flow. Odoo: custom modules, server actions, QWeb reports, and studio configuration — done as maintainable code, not clicks nobody can trace later.
04We already have a system but it doesn’t fit — customize or replace?
We tell you straight. Often 80% of the pain is a few missing fields, a broken workflow, and no real reports — customization fixes that in weeks. When the system genuinely can’t stretch, we say so and scope a migration (to a customized platform or to EXO NODES) rather than sell you endless patches.
05Do you handle UAE VAT + e-invoicing inside the system?
Yes. VAT 201 outputs, FTA-compliant tax invoices, PINT AE e-invoicing, and bilingual document templates — wired into your ERP/CRM so compliance comes out of the system you already use.
06Who owns the customizations?
You do. Scripts, modules, and configuration are documented and handed over; there’s no lock-in clause. We keep supporting many clients — but always because they choose to, never because they can’t leave.
07What is a typical timeline?
Scoped tweaks: 1–3 weeks. A full customization programme (modules + automations + reports + roles): 4–10 weeks, delivered in reviewable increments so you see progress, not a black box.
