Capabilities

What we build.

Every engagement is scoped to your specific stack and roadmap — no cookie-cutter templates, no generic listicles.

  1. Readiness assessment

    01

Your phase and dates, who you invoice, and a check of your system and data, with a written plan to your go-live date.

  2. Accredited provider selection

    02

A shortlist from the Ministry’s accredited providers, compared on cost, API, receiving and support, and support through the appointment.

  3. System integration

    03

Your invoicing system connected to your provider: EXO NODES, Zoho, Odoo, Tally, SAP or custom software through the provider’s API.

  4. Master-data clean-up

    04

TRNs on customers and suppliers, VAT categories on items and services, and unbroken invoice numbering, fixed before go-live.

  5. Business and consumer invoices

    05

E-invoices for business and government customers, normal tax invoices for consumers, and credit notes that follow the original invoice.

  6. Receiving supplier e-invoices

    06

Supplier e-invoices arriving through your provider into your accounts payable process, not into an inbox.

  7. Testing and go-live

    07

Real invoices tested through your provider before your mandatory date, with a cutover and rollback plan.

  8. Training and support

    08

Training for finance and sales teams, monitoring of rejected or late e-invoices, and changes when the rules change.

The mandate

Two dates for every business: appoint, then go live.

Your start date depends on your annual revenue. From that date, every invoice you issue to a company or government body is sent as a PINT AE file through your accredited provider, while walk-in customers still get an ordinary tax invoice or receipt.

Who needs it

If you invoice businesses or government, it applies to you.

Revenue only decides when you start. Who you invoice decides whether you need it.

  • Mostly business invoices

Wholesale and trading, import and export, contracting, logistics and customs, IT, agencies, accounting and legal services.

  • Businesses and consumers

Hotels, clinics and pharmacies (insurer billing), real estate, car rental, travel and events: e-invoices for the business side.

  • Mostly consumers

Restaurants, shops and salons still need to receive supplier e-invoices and issue them for sales to companies.

No PINT AE-ready system?

EXO NODES, our own business platform, generates PINT AE e-invoices from your sales data, with the provider connection set up on request.

Common questions

Request a consultation

01Does UAE e-invoicing apply to my business?
It does if any of your invoices go to companies or government bodies. Your annual revenue sets the timetable: AED 50 million or more goes live on 1 January 2027, smaller businesses on 1 July 2027 and government entities on 1 October 2027. Receipts to walk-in consumers are not part of the first phases. In the readiness review we confirm your phase against the Ministry of Finance rules and plan back from that date.
02We sell to businesses and consumers. What changes?
Invoices to businesses and government become e-invoices sent through your accredited service provider; consumer sales keep their normal tax invoices and receipts. Your system has to tell the two apart on every invoice, and you must also be able to receive supplier e-invoices. That is a core part of the implementation.
03Which systems do you work with?
Any system that can produce or export invoice data: EXO NODES, Zoho, Odoo, Tally, SAP and custom software. If your system cannot produce PINT AE invoices, we either connect it through the provider’s conversion service or recommend a system that can.
04Are you an accredited service provider?
No. EXO LOGICS is a consultancy and software company. The accredited service provider is a separate, Ministry-accredited company you appoint. We help you choose one and connect your system to it.
05Do you give tax advice?
No. We provide technical and implementation consultancy: readiness, systems, data and the provider connection. Questions about tax treatment and filing belong with a registered tax agent, and we work alongside yours.
06How long does it take?
The readiness assessment takes one to two weeks. Implementation is planned back from your go-live date and depends on your volumes, systems and provider. We share the plan with a technical and financial proposal.
07Our deadline is close. Can you still help?
Tell us your date and situation. Businesses with AED 50 million or more revenue and a 1 January 2027 go-live get priority, and we will tell you honestly what is achievable in the time left.
