Project requirements planner

Eight short questions turn your idea into a structured brief: what you are building, who uses it, what it connects to and how soon you need it. Our team uses that brief to prepare your technical proposal and financial proposal.

How it works

Custom software is scoped before it is proposed. The planner captures the facts our engineers need first, so the discovery workshop starts from your requirements rather than a blank page.

The project size band and timeline are indicative, based on the kind of projects we deliver in the UAE. Both are confirmed in the technical proposal once the detail is agreed.

Common questions

About the planner, and what happens after you send your brief.

01What happens after I send it?
An engineer reads your summary and contacts you within one business day to arrange a discovery workshop. In the workshop we confirm goals, users, screens, integrations and constraints. We then prepare a technical proposal and a separate financial proposal for the agreed scope.
02How long does a proposal take?
We agree the date at the end of the discovery workshop. For most projects the technical and financial proposal follow within a few working days to two weeks; larger programmes and formal tenders can take longer, and we work to your submission deadline.
03Do you sign an NDA?
Yes. We are happy to sign your non-disclosure agreement before you share detailed requirements, or to provide our own. Everything you share is used only to prepare your proposal.
04Can I attach documents?
Yes. Send the summary first, then reply to our email with any RFP, specification, wireframes, process maps or sample data. You can also share them in the discovery workshop.
05Do you work with government entities?
Yes. We follow your procurement process and can submit the technical proposal and the financial proposal as separate documents, in the format your tender or request for proposal requires.
06Do I have to give my email to see the summary?
No. The summary shows straight away and you can copy it or save it as a PDF. Send it to us only when you want a proposal.
