Web Design & Development

Web design and development that converts.

Marketing sites, e-commerce, customer portals, and custom web apps. We pick the stack — Next.js, WordPress, Shopify, custom — based on what your team will actually maintain after we ship.

Capabilities

What we build.

Every engagement is scoped to your specific stack and roadmap — no cookie-cutter templates, no generic listicles.

  1. Marketing sites

    01

Next.js + Astro builds tuned for Core Web Vitals. SEO structured-data, sitemap, canonical URLs, and 100/100 Lighthouse scores as a baseline, not a stretch.

  2. E-commerce

    02

Shopify, WooCommerce, or headless commerce on Medusa / Saleor. UAE payment gateways (Stripe, Tap, Telr, PayTabs, Geidea), Aramex + local courier integrations.

  3. Customer portals

    03

Self-service login areas, dashboards, document downloads, invoicing views. Multi-tenant from day one, role-based permissions, audit trails.

  4. Custom web apps

    04

Bespoke workflow tools, admin consoles, industry-specific applications. React + Next.js + NestJS + PostgreSQL — the same stack we use for EXO NODES.

  5. Design systems

    05

Figma design tokens → shared component library → consistent brand across web + app + email + marketing. Ships as code, not a slide deck.

  6. SEO + technical performance

    06

On-page SEO, technical SEO, structured data (Organization, Service, FAQPage, BreadcrumbList), sitemap generation, Google Search Console setup.

  7. Core Web Vitals

    07

LCP under 2.5s, INP under 200ms, CLS under 0.1. We optimise images, font-loading, code-splitting, and prefetch — measured on real user metrics, not just Lighthouse.

  8. Managed hosting

    08

Vercel, Cloudflare Pages, or AWS deployments. CDN, SSL, DNS, monitoring, incident response. Uptime SLAs available on retainer.

Our process

Start to finish, step by step.

7 steps from the first conversation to life after launch. Durations are typical; your plan sets the real ones.

How we run every project
  1. Step 1: Discovery

Goals, audiences, competitors and an honest look at what the current site does well and badly.

    • You get: Site goals brief
    • Typical duration: Under 1 week
  2. Step 2: Scope & sitemap

Content inventory, sitemap, wireframes and a stack recommendation, with a written proposal, fixed price or time and materials, whichever fits the project.

    • You get: Sitemap and proposal
    • Typical duration: About 1 week
  3. Step 3: Design

Figma prototypes reviewed weekly; every page approved before code. Design tokens defined here are reused across the whole site and brand.

    • You get: Approved page designs
    • Typical duration: 2–4 weeks
  4. Step 4: Build

Weekly staging demos while pages, forms and integrations are built, in English and Arabic where the site needs both.

    • You get: Working staging site
    • Typical duration: 3–8 weeks
  5. Step 5: Content & SEO

Content migration, analytics wired and an SEO baseline (structured data, sitemap, redirect map) in place before launch.

    • You get: Content and SEO baseline
    • Typical duration: 1–2 weeks
  6. Step 6: Launch

DNS cutover, redirect map applied, Search Console and Analytics confirmed working on the live site.

    • You get: Live site
    • Typical duration: 1–2 days
  7. Step 7: Grow & iterate

Monthly performance and SEO check-ins on retainer, with improvements based on real traffic.

    • You get: Monthly check-in
    • Typical duration: Ongoing

Common questions

Start a project

01WordPress or Next.js — how do you choose?
WordPress when the content team wants to write freely without a developer in the loop, and the site is mostly editorial. Next.js when the site interacts with a real backend (login, booking, ordering, dynamic pricing), needs perfect Core Web Vitals, or will host web-app functionality later. We won't force you onto a stack we prefer — we ship both.
02How long does a marketing site take to build?
A polished 6-10 page marketing site with real content: 5-8 weeks including design, development, content migration, and SEO baseline. Larger 20+ page sites with complex sections (case studies, blog, careers, multi-language): 10-14 weeks.
03Do you build in Arabic + English?
Yes. RTL layout is first-class — we use CSS logical properties (`ms-*`, `me-*`, `text-start`, `text-end`) not physical directional styles. Arabic typography is set with an Arabic-optimised face, not a Latin font fallback. Native-speaker review of copy before launch.
04Can you host the site for us?
Yes. We manage Vercel, Cloudflare Pages, Hostinger or AWS deployments on a support retainer, from simple static sites to high-traffic apps with monitoring and on-call cover. The retainer is quoted with your proposal.
05Do you migrate from an existing site?
Yes. Content migration, URL redirect maps, SEO preservation (avoiding the ranking drop that catches everyone off-guard), analytics carryover. We've migrated off WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, Webflow, Shopify, and custom CMS builds.
06How do you handle SEO?
On-page (title, meta, headings, internal linking, alt text), technical (structured data, sitemap, canonical, robots.txt, mobile-first, Core Web Vitals), and content (topic clusters, keyword research). Off-page SEO (backlinks, PR, directory listings) is a separate marketing engagement — see /services/marketing/.
