Capabilities

What we build.

Every engagement is scoped to your specific stack and roadmap — no cookie-cutter templates, no generic listicles.

  1. Web applications

    01

    Next.js + NestJS + PostgreSQL, multi-tenant from day one. Argon2id + JWT auth, role-based permissions, session-aware guards, audit trails.

  2. SaaS platforms

    02

Subscription billing, per-tenant isolation, admin consoles, per-role permissions, and package/feature gating that lets you sell tiered plans without forking code.

  3. Internal tools

    03

Dashboards, admin consoles, ops workflow automation. Turn a spreadsheet-and-WhatsApp process into an audited web app your team actually uses.

  4. Integrations

    04

Payment gateways (Stripe, Tap, Telr, PayTabs, Geidea), WhatsApp Business API, banking APIs, courier + delivery aggregators, ERP + CRM webhooks.

  5. ERP + CRM extensions

    05

Bespoke Zoho, Odoo, and HubSpot modules — custom fields, workflows, deluge scripts, and REST bridges to systems the vanilla product can't reach.

  6. Data platforms

    06

ETL pipelines, reporting dashboards, materialised views, cursor-paginated APIs. Analytics that survive the first real customer, not a demo dashboard.

  7. Legacy modernisation

    07

Migrate off spreadsheets, MS Access, or PHP monoliths onto a modern stack — incrementally, with data continuity and no big-bang cutover.

  8. Compliance-driven

    08

UAE FTA e-invoicing (PINT AE), PDPL, WPS payroll, VAT 201, ZATCA forward-compat, audit-ready logs. Compliance built in, not bolted on.

Our process

Start to finish, step by step.

7 steps from the first conversation to life after launch. Durations are typical; your plan sets the real ones.

How we run every project
  1. Step 1: Discovery call

A first conversation about the problem, the people involved and the systems you run today. If we are a fit, we propose a short paid discovery.

    • You get: A clear next step
    • Typical duration: 1–3 days
  2. Step 2: Paid discovery & scope

User stories, data model, integration map and non-functionals such as security, hosting and performance. You leave with a written proposal, priced as fixed scope or time and materials.

    • You get: Written scope and estimate
    • Typical duration: 1–2 weeks
  3. Step 3: Design & prototype

Wireframes, prototypes and a design-token system, in English and Arabic. Nothing goes to build until you have seen how it will look and feel.

    • You get: Approved prototype
    • Typical duration: 2–4 weeks
  4. Step 4: Sprint build

Two-week sprints with demos on a real staging environment. Automated tests, CI and code review, the same delivery discipline we use on EXO NODES.

    • You get: Working software every sprint
    • Typical duration: 6–16 weeks
  5. Step 5: Testing & UAT

Your team tests the release on staging with realistic data; every issue is logged, fixed and re-checked before launch.

    • You get: UAT sign-off
    • Typical duration: 1–3 weeks
  6. Step 6: Launch & handover

Data migrated, production live with monitoring and backups, users trained, and source code plus documentation handed over.

    • You get: Live system and documentation
    • Typical duration: 1–2 weeks
  7. Step 7: Run & improve

Managed hosting, monitoring, incident response and quarterly roadmap check-ins. Support that survives the project handover.

    • You get: Support plan and roadmap
    • Typical duration: Ongoing

Common questions

Start a project

01What stack do you build on?
For new work: TypeScript + Next.js on the front, NestJS + PostgreSQL on the back, Redis + BullMQ for queues, Prisma for the ORM, Docker for infra. For maintenance we work in whatever stack the codebase already uses — we've shipped Django, Laravel, Rails, ASP.NET, and node monoliths in the last five years.
02Do you sign an NDA before scoping?
Yes. Send us your NDA and we'll sign before the discovery call. If you don't have one, we send a mutual NDA in the first email.
03Who owns the code and IP?
You do — cleanly, on delivery. Source is handed over in a Git repo of your choice, deployment credentials rotated to your custody, and there's no lock-in clause. We often stay on for support, but never because you can't leave.
04How do you handle UAE data residency + PDPL?
For UAE-resident workloads we deploy on AWS Middle East (me-central-1), Azure UAE North, or on-premises depending on your regulator. PDPL controls (consent capture, deletion pathways, DPO reporting) are baked into the schema for anything touching personal data.
05Can you integrate with our accounting system?
Yes — Zoho Books, Xero, Tally, QuickBooks, SAP B1, NetSuite, Odoo. If your accounting system doesn't have an API we build a CSV importer with dry-run + operator confirmation, using the same pattern EXO NODES ships for one-shot migration.
06Do you build for Saudi Arabia + wider GCC?
Yes. Our compliance stack covers UAE FTA VAT and PINT AE-ready e-invoice generation today (sending through your accredited provider is set up on request); Saudi ZATCA is on the same architecture (compliance is a first-class concern for EXO NODES). We deliver Arabic-first UIs with proper RTL layout — not translated-English mirroring.
07What is your typical delivery timeline?
Discovery: 2-3 weeks. MVP: 8-16 weeks. Full platform: 4-9 months. We ship weekly, not quarterly — you see progress on a staging URL every Friday.
